Editorial Direction

Relate was a sub-branded editorial site tied to Zendesk’s flagship user conference. I wrote extensively for this publication before becoming editor. Relate was a top-funnel, product-agnostic digital publication that aimed simply at helping CX professionals build better connections with their customers and colleagues. We took a journalistic approach, explored relevant topics in the business world, and served to nurture existing customers and drive prospects deeper into the funnel.
I write many things for tech companies, but I also like to write for fun.
I love contributing to local publications. (I’d also love to write for a few household names — 👋 The New Yorker! Just putting that out into the universe. 🤞)
